Daejeon: Kalguksu first try!
Assalamualaikum and hi! ((waalaikumussalam))
The main event of any trip, foods! So for lunch we headed to a famous restaurant (i think so, because got so many people waiting to be served. They even provided the numbering system because so many customers especially during peak hour) that specialized in kalguksu (Korean knife cut noodle soup) and jukkumi (webfoot octopus) located in Yuseong, Daejeon.
While waiting to be served, we head to the Hot Springs (just beside the restaurant, so we can soaked our feet while waiting for our number to be called). I never try hot springs before hence I didn't expect anything from this but boyyyy i love this place! The feeling when you dipped your leg in the hot water for good 20 minutes is refreshing (especially after a long walk going to the parksss previously)

Even after 20 minutes, it is still not our turn yet to be served :) But i could say that the foods are worth to wait because it is so delicious (dont know because we are hungry so anything is delicious or it is really delicious hahaha). The restaurant also served radish, kimchi, steamed egg and seaweed. The spiciness of jukkumi really compliments the kalguksu (it taste just like Maggi Ayam actually but this one not instant haha).
Close up of jukkumi and kalguksu because I had to hahaha no need to describe in words.
I can see now why people said Daejeon has nothing to do. Maybe it would be more fun if we stay the nights in Daejeon because night is much more happening (can go to Sky Road Market as well and i can see that things are cheaper here than in Daegu). I had fun throughout this trip because of my girlssss and our precious guide, Tak. Till our next trip (hopefully), adios!
